This may be due to an internal error. It is not related to your file, but Famicity. Do not hesitate to contact us so that we can address the issue and notify you when the error is resolved.


This may be due to an error in your GEDCOM file. For example, your full name, birth date does not correspond to those indicated on Famicity. The error will be reported to you in the "Details" page of your GEDCOM.
